Ginger, Garlic, Onion & Honey Immunity Blend
Ingredients
- 1 medium onion (finely grated)
- 1 whole bulb garlic (peeled & minced)
- 1–2 tbsp fresh ginger (grated)
- 2–3 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 4–5 tbsp honey (raw if possible)
Instructions
- Grate the onion and ginger.
- Finely mince or crush the garlic.
- Combine all ingredients in a clean glass jar.
- Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Seal and let it sit in the fridge for 24 hours before use (helps flavors meld).
Servings
- About 10–15 teaspoons per batch
- Recommended: 1 teaspoon daily
