Ginger, Garlic, Onion & Honey Immunity Blend

 Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion (finely grated)
  • 1 whole bulb garlic (peeled & minced)
  • 1–2 tbsp fresh ginger (grated)
  • 2–3 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 4–5 tbsp honey (raw if possible)

 Instructions

  1. Grate the onion and ginger.
  2. Finely mince or crush the garlic.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a clean glass jar.
  4. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  5. Seal and let it sit in the fridge for 24 hours before use (helps flavors meld).

 Servings

  • About 10–15 teaspoons per batch
  • Recommended: 1 teaspoon daily

 Description

This blend combines natural ingredients traditionally used for supporting the immune system. The mix is strong, slightly spicy, tangy, and sweet due to the honey.

Tips

  • Use raw honey for maximum nutrients.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 1–2 weeks.
  • Shake or stir before each use.
